I DIDN’T RECEIVE THE TICKET EMAIL

To initiate the reissuance of your ticket email, kindly reach out to us through the provided link located at the bottom of this page. In the event that it's the day of the festival and you are without your tickets, there is a possibility for manual check-in (without reliance on QR codes) if your booking can be located in our system. For verification purposes, you may be required to answer security questions, including providing the last four digits of the card used for payment. It's essential that all individuals for whom you hold tickets are present if this manual check-in procedure is employed.

HOW DO I BUY TICKETS?

In advance of the festival day, you have the option to purchase tickets through this website using a payment card like VISA or MASTERCARD. Online ticket sales will not be accessible on the day of the festival. However, should tickets remain available, they will be offered for on-site purchase at the door, with pricing determined at the time of purchase, provided that tickets are still in stock when the festival commences.

WHAT IS AN EARLY BIRD TICKET?

Purchasing your tickets during the early-bird period, concluding before the festival date, entitles you to a discounted rate. Early-bird prices and expiration dates are presented on the tour date webpage. Apart from the pricing variance, there are no distinctions between an early-bird ticket and a standard advanced or door ticket. Therefore, seize the opportunity to buy early and enjoy the cost savings!

HOW ARE ONLINE TICKETS DELIVERED?

Upon making booking through our website, we will send your tickets to you via email at no cost. Termed 'eTickets,' these specially designed emails will include a unique link for downloading an eTicket PDF file, containing a single A4 ticket page for each purchased ticket. We encourage you to print the A4 tickets for distribution to each person, facilitating individual entries at different times during the festival. In the event printing is not feasible, presenting the eTickets on your phone is acceptable for entry, provided all individuals with tickets on your phone are present.

Following receipt of your eTicket email, it becomes your responsibility to safeguard it. If you download the eTicket PDF to your device, take measures to prevent unauthorized copying or theft. For printed A4 tickets, ensure they are securely retained to prevent loss.

Rest assured, we prioritize accessibility with dedicated spaces for everyone, including well-equipped disabled toilets. Your festival experience just got an upgrade in convenience and cleanliness!

CAN WE LEAVE AND COME BACK IN?

Absolutely, you're free to dip in and out of the festival fun! Upon your initial entrance, we'll jazz up your festival vibe with a ticket scan and a nifty wristband that's your all-access pass. Flash that wristband at the gate, and voilà – you're free to venture out and return at your leisure (within reason, of course).

Keep the party spirits high, but remember, no sneaky sips outside the entrance. And, when you bounce back in, a quick security check awaits to keep things grooving smoothly.

IS IT SAFE?

Step into a worry-free realm at our festivals where safety is our top priority. Backed by a seasoned security team, our zero-tolerance policy ensures a secure environment for everyone.

While we take every measure to guarantee a safe experience, we kindly remind parents and guardians to keep a watchful eye on their young ones.

Additionally, our dedicated on-site first aiders are here to ensure everyone's well-being throughout the event.

CAN WE CAMP?

Depending on the festival you may be able to purchase a camping option of a regular 4 birth tent or larger tent/motorhome but only if the ticket page has the option.

IS THERE CAR PARKING?

You will be able to park in the surrounding fields at an additional cost.

CAN WE BRING PETS?

Unfortunately, pets of any kind are not permitted at our events. This may change in the future.

WHAT TIMES DO CAMPING AREAS OPEN/CLOSE?

The car park and camping areas will open from 4pm the day before the event. 10am on the day the gates open to the venue for all non camping tickets in time for the 11am first band start time. After that at 11pm the event ends and the buses start to take people to the 3 main surrounding towns. Once the venue is empty; gates close until 7am the following day. Then at this time the cafe opens for breakfast until 2pm the venue closes.

IF WE CAMP, DO WE HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AS WELL?

If you camp in a motorhome there is no extra payment for parking. If you are using a tent, the campsite is separate to the car park for safety and security reasons therefore you will need a car park pass additionally.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?

Prepare for an amazing entrance experience! Feel free to bring along a sealed 500ml water bottle for that instant hydration boost. Now, here's the scoop: our festival vibe thrives on the magic within, so we've got a "no-food-and-drink policy" at the gate. But don't worry, our friendly security team is there to ensure everyone's safety. They'll give you the VIP treatment with a quick bag check every time you stroll through the festival gateway.

And here's the ticket to freedom – we'll hook you up with a slick pass-out wristband on your first entrance. This means you're free to come and go, just keep it within reason, okay? Fancy a quick picnic or need to grab something from the car? No problem! But, here's the deal: turning your picnic zone into a 'personal bar' and repeatedly returning with newfound liquid courage might raise some eyebrows. Our security squad is on the lookout for excessive 'preloading,' and, well, we all want to keep the party going smoothly, right?

WHAT DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE?

Indulge in a bevvy of refreshing libations at our fully stocked, licensed bars nestled within the lively marquee. Quench your thirst with an array of chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. Because we understand that your drink is more than a beverage—it's a crucial element of your unforgettable experience.

WHAT ARE DRINK TOKENS?

Say goodbye to fumbling for cash at the bar and hello to an express drink experience! Embracing convenience with flair, our events feature a dazzling drink token system. Simply swing by the token desk adjacent to the bar, snag some tokens, and let the liquid magic begin.

Trade in a token at the bar for a delightful alcoholic beverage or double the fun with two refreshing soft drinks (Cola, Juice, and more). It's not just a drink; it's a token to a festival vibe like no other!

WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE

Embark on a culinary adventure at our festival, where a diverse array of independent food traders awaits! These culinary maestros craft their unique menus and set prices that promise to tantalize your taste buds. From sizzling pizzas and mouthwatering burgers to savory hog roasts and an array of street food delights, our festival is a feast for the senses.

Experience a delectable journey, but keep in mind that each festival brings its own culinary surprises. Don't expect the same menu at every event! While our food traders aim to cater to various preferences, it's wise not to assume they can cover all special dietary needs, lifestyle choices (like veganism), or address allergies or food intolerances.

For specific details, feel free to chat with the individual food traders – they're more than happy to dish out the delicious details!

WHAT IS ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?

Navigating the festival grounds is a breeze, and treating yourself to delicious food and drinks is just a step away. For a unique perspective, our savvy guests using wheelchairs often opt for the inner sides, where there's extra room away from the bustling crowd.

If the weather decides to dance in the rain, navigating the grounds might be a bit tricky for wheelchair users as we keep it natural without flooring. Currently, there is no option for front row wheelchair parking but stay tuned – we're committed to making future festivals even more wheelchair-friendly.

Our sincerest apologies for any hiccups along the way – we're on a journey to make your experience the best it can be!
